In-Office Chiropractic and Muscle Services: Due to the intertwined nature of the musculoskeletal system, all Chiropractic visits receive both an adjustment and muscle therapy, unless otherwise discussed with Dr. Dawn. Based on her judgement and your needs, this is some combination of massage/muscle work/trigger point therapy, stretching, exercise demonstration or similar. These services would normally be reimbursed by insurances if your benefits cover them. If your insurance usings American Specialty Health (ASH), you will not be reimbursed. Please check in advance before requesting a Superbill. Payment is due in advance, and no guarantee is made that a Superbill (a special bill for insurance reimbursement) will be fully reimbursed.

Stand-alone muscle work/massage: Dr. Dawn is available for massage work only, or can add some massage time to your chiropractic appointment. These are mostly likely NOT covered by health insurance. Fees are $199/hr.

Personal Training: Dr. Dawn is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer. These services are most likely NOT covered by health insurance, but may be able to be submitted to various employee health programs or FSAs – check with your program administrator. Personal Training is focused on body weight and/or your own equipment. Some equipment will be brought by Dr. Dawn.
